1. About Us

FitterLink is a trading name of Simpaira Ltd, company number 16661326, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Flat 5, Endwood Court, Handsworth Wood Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B20 2RZ. Contact us at info.simpaira@gmail.com.

2. Your Relationship With Us

You join FitterLink as an independent business and contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, worker relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and Simpaira Ltd.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally entitled to work and provide tyre-fitting services in the United Kingdom.
• You must provide accurate onboarding information and keep it up to date.
• You must maintain any insurance, licences, registrations, tools, and qualifications needed for the services you offer.

4. How The Platform Works

We operate a marketplace that introduces customer jobs to fitters. We may send job alerts, secure quote links, dashboard links, reminder messages, proof-of-completion links, and dispute-related communications by WhatsApp.

Job alerts may ask you to reply YES or NO. If you reply YES, we may send you a secure quote form link or otherwise invite you to submit your quote through WhatsApp.

We do not guarantee any minimum number of jobs, any exclusivity, or that any job alert will result in work.

5. Quoting And Acceptance

• You choose whether to quote on a job and the price you want to charge.
• For urgent jobs, quotes may include both a price and estimated arrival time. For scheduled jobs, quotes may include a price and either acceptance of the customer's requested time or your own proposed time.
• You are responsible for ensuring your quote is accurate for the tyre, vehicle, and service requested.
• If a customer accepts your quote, you are responsible for attending and carrying out the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.
• Estimated arrival times and availability are your responsibility and may be shown to the customer as estimates only.

6. Payouts And Fees

You receive the amount you quoted for the job. FitterLink currently adds a separate customer-facing platform fee and payment processing costs at checkout.

Payout is processed manually by FitterLink after job completion and may be delayed while we wait for customer confirmation, proof of completion, fraud checks, chargeback review, or dispute resolution.

We may withhold, delay, or reverse payout where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, invalid completion, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Arrive only where it is safe and lawful to perform the work.
• Carry out services professionally and in compliance with applicable law and industry standards.
• Treat customer property and personal data appropriately.
• Promptly tell us if you cannot attend or complete a booked job.
• Provide proof of completion, photos, or additional information where reasonably requested for payment or dispute handling.

8. Verification, Suspension, And Removal

We may verify your identity, business details, insurance, banking information, and service coverage. We may reject, suspend, limit, or remove your access to the platform if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created a safety risk, provided false information, or generated repeated complaints or failed jobs.

9. Data Protection And Communications

You must only use customer information for fulfilling the relevant booking. You must not use customer contact details for unrelated marketing or retain personal data longer than necessary for the booking and any lawful follow-up.

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

You are responsible for the services you provide, including tyre selection, workmanship, roadworthiness checks that fall within your service, and any loss, damage, injury, fine, or claim arising from your acts, omissions, or breach of law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpaira Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from any customer's actions, inaccurate customer information, or downtime of third-party services. Our total liability to you in connection with the platform will not exceed the total platform fees retained by us from jobs you completed in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
