2. What Data We Collect

For Fitters, we additionally collect: business name, email address, bank sort code and account number (for payouts), insurance documentation, and coverage area.

Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the service you requested.
Legitimate interest: Platform improvement, fraud prevention, and analytics.
Legal obligation: Processing required for accounting, tax, anti-fraud, and regulatory compliance.

To facilitate tyre fitting bookings between customers and fitters.

To communicate with you about your bookings via WhatsApp.
To send secure links for booking, quoting, job management, and proof-of-completion workflows.
To look up vehicle information from your registration number via the DVLA API.

Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active.
Completed jobs: Records kept for 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Inactive records: We review inactive records periodically and may delete or anonymise them when no longer needed for service, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
