FitterLink operates a marketplace platform connecting customers who need mobile tyre fitting with independent mobile tyre fitters ("Fitters"). We facilitate the introduction and payment process but do not directly perform tyre fitting services. We do not guarantee that a job request will receive quotes, that any quote will remain available for a particular period, or that a Fitter will always be available in your area.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United Kingdom to use our service. By using FitterLink, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Service communications may be sent by WhatsApp, including templated alerts and secure links to booking, quoting, job management, completion confirmation, and dispute-resolution pages.
All prices quoted by Fitters include the cost of the tyre(s), fitting labour, and VAT where applicable. A platform service fee of £5.00 is added to each transaction. Payment processing fees (Stripe) are also applied at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. FitterLink does not store your card details. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Fitters are paid after successful job completion.
To help verify job completion and investigate disputes, Fitters may be required to submit proof of completion, including photographs and status confirmations. You agree that we may review this material when handling complaints, refunds, chargebacks, or payment releases.
Fitters on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Simpaira Ltd. Each Fitter is responsible for their own insurance, qualifications, and quality of work. FitterLink verifies Fitters during onboarding but does not guarantee the quality of any individual job.
FitterLink acts as an intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpaira Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from delays, inaccurate customer or fitter information, third-party platform outages, or the acts or omissions of independent Fitters. Our total liability in connection with any booking or use of the service will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Simpaira Ltd and protected by copyright law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
